platform .5

The Platform.5 Youth and Art is an annual program that showcases area students artistic accomplishments in the visual arts, film and performance. This program is produced in collaboration with the Prodigy Program (for at risk youth), Explorations V Children's Museum, Florida Dance Theatre and other community groups.

The Platform.5 program supports the early efforts of young students and encourages students to continue to pursue art throughout their school careers. The program features entries from elementary through senior high school students. Awards are given for outstanding talent at the elementary, middle school and senior high school levels.
